OBS: As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we’re including a FREE sample of the UPPER açaí sorbet you ordered—with FREE delivery—so you can taste the quality before enjoying the full order.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with the sample, no worries! You’re welcome to return your unopened order in its original frozen condition within 7 days. Simply drop it off at one of our convenient locations—Permafrost Miramar or WILL in Fort Lauderdale—and we’ll issue a full refund to your credit card or preferred payment method once the return is approved.
‼️For your return to be approved, a photo of the item in perfect, undamaged condition must be submitted upon arrival at the return location. We will not accept any items that arrive damaged or compromised due to customer handling.‼️

2. Order Minimums: Please note that local delivery may have order minimums and delivery charges may apply depending on the size of your order.
3. Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made in between 9:00am-3:30pm.
Please note: Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

6. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order upon delivery. We cannot be responsible for orders not received. Refunds will not be issued for orders that could not be delivered due to the customer being unavailable at the delivery location or providing an incorrect address. A customer signature is required upon delivery.
